Thank you to the Airdrie parks department

Dear Editor,

I would like send out a big thank you to the Airdrie Parks and Recreation Department for repainting the covered picnic area at East Lake again, as I love to go there to play my bagpipes and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the marsh the critters and all the people walking by.

The one thing that throws it all off is when the punks spray paint it all up with all these weird sayings and symbols that don’t seem to mean anything or even look nice. So hopefully these people responsible have grown up or moved on.

Now we can all enjoy the surroundings without the slang and profanity.

Again a huge thank you to the parks department for painting it over and over and over.
