Reminder: Handicap parking spots are for those who need them

Dear Editor,
I would like to bring notice to the gentleman who parked in the handicap stall at Tim Horton’s on East Lake Blvd. on Feb 25, 2013.
I followed him in to get my coffee, and mentioned to him that he was parked in a handicap stall. He belittled me and said there were no people waiting to use the stall.
I hope Karma gets him.
