LRT line should be extended to Airdrie sooner rather than later

Dear Editor.

I could not agree more with Mr. Puerzer’s comment about the LRT line from Calgary to Airdrie.

What this province lacks is vision, but Mr. Brown seems to have it.

Extend the line now, not years after it needs to be done.

The new Calgary general hospital and Stony Trail should serve as examples, projects that were both put off for far too long.

The sooner the LRT line is extended, the better.

The number of workers commuting to Calgary, together with the CrossIron Mills mall location between both cities, lend much support for such an extension.
