Update: High River RCMP are now advising the collision on Highway 23 east of High River that was causing traffic delays has been cleared from the roadway. Winter driving conditions still exist and motorists are asked to slow down to conditions or avoid travel in the area if possible. High River RCMP has released a warning that blowing snow has resulted in icy conditions and low visibility. Emergency crews are currently on scene at several collisions along Highway 2. According to an RCMP press release, motorists travelling on Highway 23 east of High River will be delayed due to a collision that is blocking the highway. It is expected to be cleared soon and an update will be provided once the highway is clear.
