“Also around the corner is our kindergarten to Grade 4 school and the separate school is there, as well,” Amos said. “The middle schools are just a little bit further away, but again, a very short drive – it's super convenient.”

The Cambridge 26 is a 2,292 sq. ft., three-bedroom, 2.5-bath front-drive-garage model. The standard model starts in the low $600,000s.
“It's a beautiful home within a really nice open-to-below over the great room. It's just spectacular,” Amos said. “Trico also built the Cambridge model for the 2021 STARS Air Ambulance Lottery home.”
The Bellview 22 is a 1,682 sq. ft. laned home, with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths and starting in the mid-$400,000s. Next door is the Sienna, also a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath laned home. The 1,460 sq. ft. model starts in the low $400,000s.
“We have plans that allow homebuyers to personalize the home to suit their needs, and that's what I like about Trico’s homes best,” Amos said.
He added that there is a Raeya model that will be available for quick possession in September, with the flex room converted into a fourth bedroom on the main level, an added full bathroom and bonus room upstairs. The standard 1,802 sq. ft lane home includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
“This puts the beautiful kitchen at the back corner in an L shape, with a nice window over the top of the sink,” Amos said. “It’ll be a space that home cooks will love to spend time in.”
He added Midtown has several home sites available for the Raeya with a south-facing front or back view.
“We also have a few home sites where you can see the pond from your home,” Amos said. “All of them are within a minute or two walking distance from the path around the pond, as well.”
Trico Homes’ flexible options extend to a newly introduced interactive component on its website. The feature allows homebuyers to virtually make changes to the floor plan to see how it would look.
“People can ask, ‘What would it be like if I added a full bathroom on the main level, and maybe a bedroom on the main level in this option?” Amos said. “They can just click on the screen, and boom, there it is in front of them.”
Along with the energy-efficient standards already outlined, a second-floor laundry, nine-foot ceilings with a knock-down finish, 1.25-inch quartz kitchen countertops and undermount sinks also come standard with Trico’s homes in Midtown.
“Depending on the model, we offer engineered hardwood flooring on the main level,” Amos said. “Buyers can also choose from a number of options for the tile kitchen backsplashes and tile in the upstairs bathrooms.”
