Airdrie rural RCMP is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a suspicious male who was reported to have approached a femal youth on Railway Avenue on Oct. 11. The police responded to the call at approximately 4:10 p.m., when a female youth was walking on Railway Avenue when she was approached by a male.
"The male was driving a truck and asked the teenager where she lived and if she wanted a ride home," read the press statement.
The suspect is described as being 45 to 50 years old; having light complexion, unkempt blonde hair, blue eyes, and spoke with a stutter. The suspect's vehicle is described as 1990s to 2000s make and model, and is a beige or light brown pick-up truck.
