Alois Stern, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on January 22, 2022, at 88 years old. Alois was born in Beiseker on September 26, 1933 to parents Henry and Alice Stern. He matured into a hard working spirited young man who soon won the heart of Florance McMann. The happy couple married on February 7, 1957 and settled into farming life in Beiseker, where they raised their 4 children.
Alois took great pride in farming and also had a great love of music, instilled in him by his mom. He had a great sense of humor and was always up for a great joke and even to play a trick or two.
Alois is survived by: loving wife Florance, 4 children Michael (Tammy), Tom (Tracy), Rhonda (Bryan), and Bill. His 10 grandchildren Cody (Cassie), Cassidie, Jennifer (Scott), Jackie (Derek), Tyson (Ashley), Nathan (Nina), Simone (Jesse), Jesse (Kimberlee), Ashley and Dustin (Kaitlyn). His 10 great grandchildren Blake, Kegan, Sydney, Timber, Bo, Wylie, Jayden, Milana, Noah and Luca. Also his twin brother Allan, his sisters Yvonne, Marilyn (Don) and Rhoda as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is predeceased by parents Henry and Alice, sister Noreen and granddaughter Rayle. Although he is no longer with us, his memory will remain forever in the hearts and minds of all that knew and loved him.
A private family Memorial will be held at a later date.
