PUBLIC NOTICE TIGER SUL PRODUCTS (CANADA) COMPANY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT ACT NOTICE OF APPLICATION Tiger-Sul Products (Canada) Co. (Tiger-Sul) has applied to Alberta Environment and Protected Areas (EPA) to renew the Irricanna Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant operating approval. The Plant is located at NE 33-027-26 W4M, approximately 3 Km North of the town of Irricana along Range Road 263. Tiger-Sul uses prilled sulphur products with degassed molten sulphur, bentonite and minerals as primary inputs to manufacture its fertilizer products. The plant manufactures approximately 63,000 tonnes per year of fertilizers. A directly affected person may provide input into certain regulatory decisions, as allowed by the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (section 73). Environment and Protected Areas will review each written statement of concern, seek more information if needed, and notify each filer by letter of the decision to accept or reject their written submission as a valid statement of concern.
