Varied weather predicted for Rocky View County this weekend

Residents of Rocky View County will see a variety of weather over the weekend, according to AccuWeather, with sun, cloud and the possibility of more rain throughout the area.

The Springbank area will see cloudy skies on Saturday, with a high of 17 C and a possible shower or thunderstorm throughout the day. The evening will clear with a low of 7 C moving into Sunday, which will be partly cloudy and bring a daytime high of 21 C. Overnight, the temperature drops to 9 C.

In Crossfield, residents can expect clearing skies with the potential for thunderstorm activity along with a daytime high of 18 C. As the thermostat dips to 8 C overnight, the clear skies will stick around. Sunday will see a temperature of 23 C with plenty of sunshine, cooling off to a low of 9 C into Monday.

Thick cloud cover and possible thunderstorms are in the forecast for Irricana on Saturday, bringing a high of 19 C. The clouds will dissipate in the evening as the thermostat drops to 8 C overnight, and Sunday will remain fairly clear with periods of sun. The daytime high should hit 23 C before dipping to 9 C in the evening.

Langdon will also see heavy clouds on Saturday, along with a high of 17 C and potential thunderstorm activity. Overnight, the cloud cover will stick around as the thermostat falls to 8 C, but Sunday will bring a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 22 C. Skies will clear more in the evening, and the overnight low could dip to 9 C.
