Continued concerns about area crime

Dear Editor, We found a small red car that had been parked for some time at a place on the road where they could watch three farms. We passed it, and then returned 20 minutes later and it was still there. We passed it again, returned to our lane, and sat waiting. They realized, by this time, that we were watching them, and they drove slowly past and on down the road towards Calgary. The next day, our mailbox was demolished. We have had homes broken into, vehicles stolen, fences cut and gates demolished. This is our new Rocky View County (RVC), and it is not at all like our old RVC, where our family has farmed for more than 100 years. JoAnn Jones Springbank
