Airdrie RCMP seeking help in identifying suspect in Prairie Springs assault

Airdrie RCMP has described the suspect as a male in his 20s with light skin and parted, short red hair.

The RCMP are asking Airdrie residence for help in identifying a suspect that was part of an assault that happened on May 16 at around 5:28 p.m.

Being called to the community of Prairie Springs, Airdrie RCMP officers were notified of a suspicious man who was at a residence front door. The detachment's press release states that upon parking their vehicle, the resident saw the suspect walking away from the home.

According to RCMP, the resident approached the male and was told by the suspect that he was providing window and siding washing services. The suspect however did not have any washing materials with him.

The suspect proceeded to assault the resident, who obtained minor physical injuries. Upon further investigation, RCMP concluded that the suspect had also been in the same community on May 13 at 11 a.m.

Airdrie RCMP has described the suspect as a male in his 20s with light skin and parted, short red hair. On May 13, the suspect was wearing a red T-shirt, black shorts, black shoes, and the same backpack. On May 16, the suspect was wearing a green T-shirt, black shoes, burgundy pants, and a black backpack.
