An important touchstone of the Airdrie business community will be celebrating a special anniversary this weekend, and is throwing a star studded party to mark the occasion.
The Airdrie Chamber of Commerce is celebrating 50 years with a special gala hosted at Cam Clark Ford on December 9. The formal affair will feature leaders of the Airdrie business community and will be headlined by a special performance by Canadian Country Music Hall of Famer, Paul Brandt.
“The momentous occasion [will] mark half a century of supporting and championing our regional business community,” said the Airdrie Chamber on their website. The night will be an opportunity for guests to “connect and mingle with hundreds of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.”
The Airdrie Chamber of Commerce currently represents 625 businesses and nonprofits, with over 150 of its members being from outside of Airdrie.
“Thank you to all members for their support over the last 50 years,” said the Airdrie Chamber of Commerce. “We look forward to representing, promoting, and enhancing the interests of our regional business community for another 50 years to come.”
