Airdrie Rural RCMP, Fire, and EMS are one scene for a series of collisions on Hwy 2.
The first being northbound at Yankee Valley Blvd and a second being at Hwy 2 and Hwy 72.
The northbound lanes of Hwy 2 at Hwy 72 have been closed.
These investigations are in their early stages.
There will be a further release once the highway is re-opened.
Airdrie RCMP are recommending motorists avoid travel in this area.
