Alberta announces 13 new cases of COVID-19, no new deaths

EDMONTON — Alberta is reporting 13 new cases of COVID-19, a drop from the day before.

The province says there have been no additional deaths from the illness.

The total number of cases in Alberta stands at 7,057.

There are 377 active cases and 6,537 people have recovered.

So far, 143 people have died.

The government says 51 people are in hospital and, of those, six are in intensive care.
