One man is dead after his vehicle struck a deer Dec. 7, according to Airdrie RCMP.
RCMP responded to a call of a single vehicle collision on Big Hill Springs Road near Range Road 25 shortly before 8:30 a.m., according to a release from the detachment.
After striking the deer, the vehicle rolled down an embankment, according to police. The deceased man was located near the vehicle.
RCMP continue to investigate to determine the time of the collision and contributing factors.
