Warm weather the norm for Airdrie and area this week

Environment Canada is predicting a warmer week coming up, with the daily high for the week not dropping below 10 C. There is a 30 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon on Sunday, with a high of 11 C. Monday might end up being cloudy with a high of 11 C, and Tuesday will see sunny conditions with a high of 16 C.

Wednesday and Thursday should only be slightly cloudy with highs of 14 C and 13 C respectively. According to Environment Canada, the nighttime lows won't fall below -4 C, with Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday night all featuring lows of either 0 C or 2 C. 

As per Environment Canada, the average high for this time of year is typically 12.4 C, while the average low is -1.2 C.
