On Nov. 25, 2023, three suspects were taken into custody as they were located in a vehicle associated to the incident. They were later determined to have not been involved in the stabbing and were released without charges.

RCMP believe the stabbing to be an isolated incident.

  • Aggravated Assault x 3

  • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose

After a Judicial Interim Release Hearing, the youth was released on conditions. He is to appear at Alberta Court of Justice in Airdrie on Dec. 21, 2023.
