The Airdrie Stars Athletic Association put on the 2024 Hunger Games Tournament May 10-12 at Genesis Place and Ron Ebbesen Arena. The Spring Hockey tournament featured more than 40 teams from across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. All the money raised from ticket and raffle sales will go to benefit the Airdrie Food Bank.
The second half of the Hunger Games tournament will take place May 24-26.
