Cochrane RCMP is investigating suspicious activity that took place March 17 in Gleneagles Terrace, according to a press release from the detachment.
At approximately 6:30 a.m., the release stated, a female with dark shoulder-length hair was seen exiting a black Volkswagen Golf and trying to open multiple vehicles. The suspect wore a black and white sweater or jacket.
The female was accompanied by a driver, who never exited the vehicle.
According to RCMP, someone had attempted to steal a Honda Civic unsuccessfully from Gleneagles Terrace March 8. Property from the vehicle was stolen and entry into other vehicles was attempted.
