The Hockey Marathon for Kids began on April 5 and 40 players have participated in the 190 plus of continuous hockey that has been played at the Chestermere Rec Centre. The game ends on April 16, making the game 262 hours long. As it stands, the Marathon has raised $877,124 (April 14) for the Alberta Children's Hospital.
