Snow is expected in much of Rocky View County this weekend, according to AccuWeather.

Langdonites should brace for morning snow showers on Saturday, as the hamlet has a 57 per cent chance of precipitation. The forecast high of 1 C will feel like -6 C, in part due to a southeasterly wind gusting between 30 and 40 km/h. 

Cloudy and a forecast low of -6 C, but those gusting wind will continue, making it fell like -13 C.

A slight warm up on Sunday, to a forecast high of 4 C. Cold, windy and a 44 per cent chance of flurries in the evening. The forecast low is -9 C, but it will feel like -17 C and the weather forecaster warns frostbite to exposed skin can occur within 15 minutes.

Snow, chilly temperatures and gusting winds are expected in Balzac on Saturday. With a 46 per cent chance of precipitation and a southeasterly win gusting between 30 and 50 km/h, the forecast high of 1 C will feel more like -8 C. AccuWeather advises caution for those spending extended periods of time outside.

The chance of precipitation increase to 74 per cent in the evening, with an expected snow accumulation between two to four centimetres. Winds will continue, gusting up to 30 km/h, to make the forecast low of -6 C feel like -14 C.

Chilly with considerable cloudiness Sunday, with a forecast high of 5 C. Snow is expected in the early evening (57 per cent chance of precipitation), accumulating one to two cm. The forecast low is -9 C.

Snow is also expected in Madden on Saturday. With 43 per cent chance of precipitation, not a lot of snow is expected to accumulate. The forecast high for the day is 0 C, and AccuWeather advises caution for those spending extended periods of time outside.

The chance of flurries increases in the evening to 64 per cent, and expected snow accumulation jumps to two to four cm. The forecast low of -6 C will feel like -14 C.
