The second annual Windwood Music Festival is officially up and running Airdrie, after two formal opening concerts were held at the amphitheatre in Nose Creek Regional Park on Aug. 20.
The classical concerts will continue daily until Aug. 26 in parks and public venues throughout the city, including open-air performances featuring professional musicians at Jensen Park on Wednesday and Chinook Winds Regional Park on Friday.
The festival will wrap up with a grand finale concert at DayBreak church on Saturday at 1 p.m.
