Police Notebook: Airdrie RCMP remind residents about fee for false alarms
Between Jan. 20 and Jan. 22, the Airdrie RCMP were dispatched to 13 false security alarms. Four of those alarms were businesses and nine of them residential.

Police Notebook: Medical condition causes deadly rollover
A man has died from injuries after a semi truck rolled over north of Airdrie, Jan. 17. Emergency crews responded at 8:38 p.m. and worked to extricate the man from the wreckage. However, he died on scene. There were no other people in the truck.

Police are hunting for a man after a brazen daylight robbery of Crossfieldís ATB Financial bank, Jan. 18. A man entered the bank at 3:45 p.m. and demanded money from a teller. He told the employee he had a gun, although it was never produced.
